Save the Date: Memorial Day May 26, 2024

We are now accepting book donations for our Memorial Day Book Sale. We will not accept books after Wednesday, May 22. This allows us to have time to sort the books before the sale. If you have more than two boxes, please contact the Library Director at 802-684-2256 or popememoriallibrary@yahoo.com. We hold book sales on Memorial Day and Autumn on the Green at the Pope Memorial Library Community Center.  Please ensure books are clean and in good condition and please do not include encyclopedias, textbooks, or magazines.

We also appreciate donations of plants and baked goods for our sale on the Green. Thank you for your support.

The Pope Memorial Library is seeking a part-time Youth Services Librarian to oversee all youth services and assist the Library Director with general library operations. Education and experience in library services is preferred. Creativity, energy and enjoyment of youth is a must. Folk Music Jam

Friendly Folk Music Jam         
1st and 3rd Saturdays:   10AM
@ The Pope Memorial Community Center, 41 Route 2 West, Danville, VT
Open to acoustic instrument players who are interested in a relaxed and collegial atmosphere to share folk or old-time music.  This will be “back porch style” – sit in a circle and take turns sharing a song/tune if you so desire but not mandatory. Don’t play an instrument?  Listeners are always welcome!
