Vermont Reads Event

The book, Gather, is about an adolescent boy who is befriended by a very large dog. Students and community members were recently invited to a special Vermont Reads event. Marilyn invited her friend, Sarah Miller, to come visit with Murphy, her certified therapy dog. Murphy is part Newfoundland and Great Pyrenees. In attendance were the Big Pals/Little Pals from Danville School who met Murphy and learned about therapy dogs from Sarah. Thank you Marilyn, Sarah and Murphy for a great program.
